Kisah petualangan Manji. Dia adalah seorang samurai yang dikutuk tidak akan bisa mati.Manji merasa tertekan dengan kutukan tersebut. Dia akhirnya berusaha untuk menyembuhkan diri dari kutukan tersebut.Untuk menghilangkan kutukan, Manji harus membunuh 1.000 pelaku kejahatan. Ditengah petualangannya, Manji bertemu gadis bernama Rin.Rin akhirnya setuju untuk membantu Manji menyelesaikan misi. Rin bahkan membantu Manji balas dendam atas kematian orang tuanya.
